Wildfire's New Menus!

Come taste all that is new exciting at Wildfire! We have launched new menus featuring an assortment of new starter, salad and main courses. Start the night off right with Braised Short Rib Ravioli, Mussels roasted in Wildfire Aviator beer broth, or one of our four wood oven baked hand stretched pizzas. In addition to our line-up of signature salad options, try our new Roasted Beet & Goat Cheese Salad, featuring local red and golden beets and marcona almonds. For lunch, enjoy our new Handmade Vegetable Burger, Shrimp & Penne or Smoked Ham & Horseradish Cheddar Melt.

We have also added Petite New York Strip & Crab Cake main course option, which is soon to become our newest signature dish! You will soon pick a regular night (or two) to dine with us when you taste one of our new nightly specials with specials like Country Fried "Boneless" Chicken on Monday night fried to order, or 8 Hour Barbecue Platter featuring baby back ribs, brisket and pulled pork. We have also updated our Gluten Free Menu with even more items to serve to the celiac community, including Weekend Brunch items like Buttermilk Pancakes, Wood Roasted Frittata and more!
