De Beers Diamond Jewelers US is seeking a full time Brand Ambassador to provide superior customer service to clients. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving monthly sales goals.
  • Training new and existing customers on the product and the De Beers brand.
  • Handling customer jewelry servicing/repair requests.
  • Performing extensive clienteling and community networking.
  • Maintaining the overall appearance of the store on a dailay basis.

    Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a luxury sales or high-end service industry required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Previous demonstrable experience meeting monthly sales goals strongly preferred.
  • Previous clienteling experience strongly preferred.
