Executive Chefs Moreno Espinoza and Edwin Amaya prepare a custom four course menu each paired with a handcrafted single malt scotch from Dalmore, located in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Mike Colaluca, E & J Gallo Winery Director of Spirits, will join as guest speaker to discuss the evening’s pairings. Paul Kohlenberger, President, Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce, will also join as a guest speaker.
