What you’ll do:
- Deliver results while putting the customer first and applying an omni-channel mindset
- Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners
- Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits
- Assess the customer’s individual needs providing product recommendations
- Support all areas of the selling floor including fitting rooms and point of sale
- Assist with replenishment, visual standards, and other operational tasks
- Take initiative by jumping in on any task, asking questions and sharing ideas
- Demonstrate inclusive behavior across team and customers

Job Requirements:
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 2 4-hour shifts weekly
- Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Comfortable climbing ladders, moving around regularly, and standing for extended periods
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
