Sales Associate at Indochino

With an immersive multi-channel experience, customers can customize garments with hundreds of fabrics, lapels, pockets, buttons, linings, and monograms. Indochino has over 30 showrooms across North America and employs over 600 people globally.

This is a part-time on-site Sales Associate role based in McLean, VA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering a personalized customer experience by engaging with customers, assisting with fittings, managing customer orders, and processing payments.

The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining showroom presentation and inventory management.

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role
• Experience with CRM or POS software is a plus
• A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
• An undergraduate degree in Fashion
  Merchandising, Retail or related field is beneficial
